Product Introduction
The cow headlock processing technology is "pipe welding and overall galvanization",robot welding. The average galvanization layer thickness is over 100um, the surface is dense, smooth and clean, corrosion resistance more than 15 years.The headlock has no sharp corners or burrs , no damage to the cow. Since promoted for more than 10 years, the cumulative sales have exceeded 550000 pcs. The product has won praise from all our customers for its long durability and flexible in use. Upper and lower crossbar:40*50*2.75,Q235
Straight support rod:Ф42*2.75,Q235.
Bending support rod:Ф42*2.75,special equipment processed:inner arc has no ripples, and the outer arc has no scratches.
Moveable rod:Ф42*2.75,Q235.
Supports for moveable rod:stamping, 4.25mm thick,Q235
After welding completed, all the above main components will be overall galvanized , and the galvanized layer more than 80um.
Self locking system: the dovetail clip is stamped by 4mm integral galvanized Q235 steel plate,
Transmission pipe of self locking system: Q235 galvanized tube,Ф25*2.5.
