DS-609 Perforating & Embossing Machine for leather
This machine is applicable for perforating and embossing of all kinds of leathers.
Designed of the advanced dual oil cylinder pressure,
it ensures rapid pressure rise, high pressure achievement, and low energy consumption.
Through heating mold plate to soften the leather, it is able to achieve the best embossing result
The heating temperature and pressing time may be set and adjusted according to needs.
The oil cylinder stroke and positioning function may adapt to the thickness of the embossing plate to ensure high production capacity
The pull-type working table ensures easy and flexible operation.
Equipped with safety protection device, it also guarantees high security. The 3 models of 30T, 50T and 120T can meet the varied needs for embossing purpose.
1,Use
Adopted the heating and pressing coining treatment regularly to all kinds of leather, Type DS609-120T Single-station Hydraulic Surface Coining Mill has the features of fine in coining quality, high efficiency and safety and convenient operation. And at the same time, this machine can be used as cutting machine for small-clothes when replaced with the plastic moving table.
Using advanced oil-way optimizing structure design and medium and high pressure small flow oil pump, DS609-120T machine possess enough shaping pressure and high output.
