Main Features:
3 phase liquid-liquid-solid Decanter centrifuges, also called tricanter , Taking advantage of the principle that the heavy liquid,light liquid and solid phase, with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, gain different sedimentation speed in the centrifugal force field or gravity force field, separating stratification or causing the solid particles in the liquid to deposit can be achieved.It is the popular machine throughout the world and widely used in the crude oil separation.Specially used for remove sludge and water from crude oil.
Structure and Principle:
The bowl rotates at a high speed round the main axis, driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair. stock liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bowl's bottom and then will be separated through holes of disc seat. by the action of centrifugal force field, heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl, after up flowing along them, it will be discharged by the heavy liquid pump, the light liquid will be done by the light liquid pump, which flows along the inner wall of discs into centre pipe and then up to high liquid outlet. the larger solid phase particles left will collect on the bowl's wall and then will be discharged through nozzle out of the sediment outlet.
Equipment characteristics:
1.Machine starts the friction to start off, about six to ten minutes. the machine runs smoothly, low noise and vibration, the
installation path is very easy to operate.
2.The bearings use imported Bearing, the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,and the other parts
of contacted materials such as feeding pipe all use SS304
3.The Stainless steel cover use SS304.
4.The base use casting steel, coating does the same way as ship bottom. Application Oil: Clarification and Separation for Vegetable Oil, Animal Oil, Fish Oil, Crude Oil, all kinds of fuel oil and Luge.
Food: Juice Clarification, Beer Separation, Fermented liquid Clarification and Separation.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Extraction for Vaccine, Mycelium, Glucose, Insulin, Antibiotics, Vitamins.

	PLC Control Panel The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency,rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.
	The drum of the decanter can be made of SS304 or SS316, or it can be centrifugal cast with duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2304. The frame is made of painted carbon steel on the outside and stainless steel on the inside. The upper casing will be made of painted carbon steel or stainless steel.
	The solid discharge outlet is replaceable sintered tungsten carbide or cemented carbide. Others can provide several types of wear protection to minimize wear: thermal spraying coating, sintered tungsten carbide parts,.etc.
	Screw with BD plate can concentrate, dehydrate, and separate difficult to separate materials from various initial sedimentation and activated sludge ratios, Further forced separation and pressure pushing of materials can improve processing capacity and effectiveness.
	The feed inlet, solid discharge area, drum, and spiral blades are all protect by wear-resistant materials, and the selection of materials is matched with the wear patterns in each specific industrial process. To a certain extent, it is possible to replace several or all wear protection components, reduce maintenance
