Clamping transmission system: Single worm gear transmission and AC variable frequency speed regulation are selected. During operation, the speed can smoothly transition between 0-4 meters to meet different process requirements.
Clamping and conveying system: high-quality synchronous belt is selected, with PU and red glue adhered to the surface, which not only reduces the damage rate of glass during the clamping and conveying process, but also ensures sufficient clamping force between the glass and synchronous belt during operation, preventing relative sliding between the glass and synchronous belt, and ensuring that the line accuracy of the ground glass product meets the requirements.
Cooling system: Adopting circulating water, dual pump and dual box cooling, one of the water tanks is filled with cerium oxide polishing powder, ensuring both circulating cooling and improving polishing brightness.
Undertaking system: The synchronous belt used in conjunction with the conveying system is selected to avoid surface scratches during glass operation. The control part is organically coordinated with the working part, and the use method is simple and clear. The grinding accuracy is stable and continuous, making it the most ideal equipment for oblique edge grinding in glass deep processing enterprises.
