When securing the wireless charger suction cup to your dashboard, select a flat surface, press the suction cup firmly, and lock it in place. Allow 30 minutes post-installation for optimal adhesion before placing your phone to ensure it remains securely in place. If the arm clamp struggles to hold the phone occasionally, it may be due to an angled placement. Adjust the phone's position to rectify the issue. If the phone's rear camera rests against the charger surface and experiences no or intermittent charging, this may indicate incompatibility with your phone. Should the charging speed be slower than anticipated when using the wireless charger in a vehicle, it might be attributed to elevated in-car temperatures and simultaneous use of map or music applications. The charging power prioritizes the phone's motherboard, relegating minimal power to the battery. Once the car temperature cools to ≤26ºC (78.8ºF), the charging power will increase, thereby enhancing battery charging speed. Important: A QC3.0 car charger is a prerequisite as the device's power source and must be procured separately.
