Because the inner tube of DIN EN856 4SP steel wire spiral hydraulic hose is made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, the spiral hose has excellent performance in conveying petroleum-based hydraulic oil, and can work well in high pressure environments;
This high-pressure steel wire spiral hose is composed of three parts: inner tube, reinforcement and outer cover.
The reinforcing layer consists of four layers of high-strength and high-strength thick helical steel wires in alternating directions, so that the hose can withstand extremely high pressure;
The outer layer is made of high-quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weathering, ozone, cutting, oil and aging. The appearance is cloth rubber, which makes the spiral hose last longer.
Mainly used for mine hydraulic supports and related equipment, the hose has the characteristics of fire resistance and static resistance, and is usually used to transport hydraulic fluids, such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and emulsion.
