(1) Anti-dust poison

In this project, ventilation or dust collection facilities are provided for welding process, steel plate milling process, welding welding repair, welding recovery, welding seam grinding and other places. At the same time, electric fans are set up in the working site to enhance ventilation, so as to ensure that the dust concentration in the air of each post meets the requirements of the Occupational Exposure Limit of Harmful Factors in the Workplace (welding smoke < 4mg/Nm3, other dust < 8mg/Nm3).

(2) Noise protection

In addition to choosing low noise equipment as far as possible, control measures are also taken for the equipment with high noise.

In order to protect the health of workers, the workshop is equipped with A sound insulation operation room, in which the production personnel can be protected from noise hazards. The noise in the operation room is controlled below 70dB (A); Post operators wear earmuffs or earplugs when walking around the workshop.

(3) Prevent radioactive radiation and arc light

The welded pipe is inspected by X - ray, which will produce a certain amount of ray radiation. X-ray inspection is designed for special inspection room, shielding material is made of lead plate and heavy crystal cement, and there is an eye-catching warning mark to avoid radiation to human body.

The harsh electric arc light will be produced during the welding process. The design considers that the operator should be equipped with a filter for personal protection.

(4) ventilation cooling and heating measures

Ventilation facilities are provided in the air room. Air conditioning is set in the electrical room, duty room, operation room, office, etc., to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment and a good working environment for operators.

The workshop is equipped with heating facilities in winter.
