Product Description The Cassette type Single Facer is designed for quick flute changeover so various production request can be achieved.
The cartridge unit can be changed within 10 minutes and the cartridge unit is delivered into the machine with help of an electric trolley. It is then locked into by the pneumatic system and fixed onto the base. The fast roller locking mechanism is controlled with a simple flip of a switch, no other tools are needed.
The PLC program control and user-friendly interface allow for simplified and safe operation.
Additionally, the SF-MW model single facer can be run on electricity or by natural gas heating for optimal production flexibility.

Features The corrugated cardboard single facer is in cassette module design for fast flute roller change within 5-20min only in need of pressing several buttons. During flute roller change, the cassette module is transported with electric trolley matched with pneumatic pump, which is then fixed onto the machine base after locking with hydraulic system. The PLC controller is designed with human-machine interface for easy and safe operations. The cassette single facer can be attached with multi flutes for any change (A, B, C, E, F, G). The lever and cylinder are linked to fix and separate the quick-change unit for easy, stable and accurate location. The gluing unit is separately driven, and comes with pneumatic dragging location for easy cleaning and maintenance as well as attached with back stand for output. The corrugated cardboard single facer is matched with flute paper steam shower to improve the sheet flatness and line speed. It adopts wind adsorption for paper guide to keep flute stability at high speed. The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish flute rolling through vacuum box by fan. The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.0mm, greatly reducing the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard. The cassette single facer adopts universal joint transmission to separate the vibration source, which makes the maintainability higher, the transmission more stable and the operation more reliable. It adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatic gluing and releasing, making it be characterized by better buffering effect. The manufacturing period for machine is 45 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 7 days.

Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
