General
FREE VALVE Pneumatic Diaphragm Fluorine Lined Flow Control Globe Valve relies on the flow of the medium itself automatically opens and closes the valve disc,which is an automatic valve used to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. The disc and the special stem are designed as a whole, the stem ring is embedded in the groove formed between the valve body and the valve cover, and the circular disc rotates around the special stem, the disc opens and closes flexibly and the seal is reliable.

Features
The disc is designed as a whole with special stem. Easy to install,the valve can be used for horizontal and vertical installation. The channel is in a flow line shape in the valve, and the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lift check valve. The lining material is optional, which can be applied to a variety of media ,the valve has good corrosion resistance. The valves have three structural forms : Direct flow, oblique type, and angle type, among which direct flow type is the most commonly used. Angle type can be installed at the corners of pipeline systems,this structure saves 90° bends and is easy to operate, and oblique type resistance is the smallest among globe valves,the stem of this type of valve is at an Angle to the channel. Pneumatic and electric actuator can be configured according to user needs to meet the needs of remote control and program control. Technical Specification
