SKD multi-rotary electric actuator
SKD electric actuator is a high intelligent electric actuator specially designed for cement plant by Tianjin Bernard Automatic Control Technology Co., LTD. It adopts advanced Bernard automatic control technology and adopts SD electric actuator as terminal execution unit. Accept the regulator or computer 4-20mA signal, output torque or force, automatically control the actuator, complete the automatic adjustment task.
Main technical indicators of SKD electric actuator:
The following technical indicators are mainly applicable to the proportional control type, but not to the remote control type and switch type, such as Item 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
1. Input signal: 4~20mA (or 1~5V) DC, etc
2. Input channel resistance: 250 ohm
3. Number of input channels: 1 (divided into 3)
4. Base error: 1%, 2.5%
5. Back to the poor: 1.5% or less
6. Dead zone: 0.5%~3% continuously adjustable (can be adjusted according to system requirements)
7. Damping characteristics: no swing
8. Power supply voltage: three-phase 380V, 50Hz (or 400V, 50Hz);
Single-phase 220V, 50Hz (or 230V, 50Hz)
9. Working environment: Temperature: integral -25°C~+75 °C, vertical -25°C~+ 85°C;
Humidity: ≤85% Ambient air does not contain corrosive properties
10. Protection grade: IEC14 IP65 (i.e. rain proof and dustproof); GAMX position locator IEC14 IP44 compliant,
(Separate GAMX for indoor installation except).
11. Broken signal protection: according to the needs of the supply can choose full on, full off, retain in situ, generally set to retain in situ mode when leaving the factory.
