Wellon VP-299 universal programmer is an upgraded version of VP-290 programmer. Wellon VP299 EEPROM programmer has USB 2.0 interface for Hi-speed data transfer, it supports a range of devices, including most EEPROMs, some PIC microcontrollers, AVR and other microcontrollers like AT89, plus PLDs and flash memory. It tests TTL/CMOS logic ICs, Access Memory devices, ect.

2. 40 Pin ZIF socket with universal pin-drivers.
3. USB Interface so programmers can be used with LAPTOPS, PC, PS/2 or compatibles.
4. Accepts most compiler outputs in JEDEC format including ABEL, CUPL, PALASM, TANGO PLD, OrCAD PLD, PLD Designer and ISDATA
5. Manages 16 and 32-bit word split (Set Programming).
6. Optimum programming for each individual device.
7. Automatically identifies the manufacturer and type of E(E)PROMs.
8. Support 1.5v Low voltage devices.
9. Maximum VPP is 15V.
10. Device insertion and poor-pin-contact check.
11. Adapters are not needed for DIL devices.
12. Universal DIP, PLCC, QFP, TSOP, PSOP, SOIC, SSOP, SDIP adapters available up to 44-pin.
13. Auto-run mode starts programming automatically on detection of chip insertion.
14. Super programming speed.
15. Supports Windows Vista/XP/2000/NT/Win 7/ Win 8/ Win 10 (32 and 64-bit).
16. Supports Languages: English,Korean,Poland,Italian,Portuguese and Dutch,Chinese(Simplified),Chinese(Traditional).
