Screen Cylinder
Wedge bar material is SUS316L and will no fiber string after mechanical polishing, while good maching ensures matching of wedge bar and reinforce ring and result in evenlyscreen cut .
Proper wedge bar should be selected according to raw material,processing position and so on in order to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening effect.
Production scope:
Deviation of slot width should be controlled within 0.02mm.
Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm.
Surface hardness is more than HRC 60-66(HV700-900)

Plate area	0.4-23m2
