Draft fan
High strength wear-resistant impeller anti-leaking bearing box.With single suction, backward of monoblock type blades impeller have good aerodynamic performance and reliability of smooth operation.
Cyclone dust
mostly used to remove particles above 5μm, and the parallel multi-tube cyclone deduster device also has the dust removal efficiency of 80-85% for particles at 3μm.
dryer body
The dryer cylinder section for toroidal welding, longitudinal along the entire circumference of not more than two weld article number, and shell welds shall be full, the minimum is not lower than the parent metal surface, the top should not be higher than 3mm, feed plate weld should be smooth.Weld edge bite depth should not be greater than 0.5 mm, continuous length should not be greater than 100 mm, should not exceed the total length of each weld bite edge which 10% of the weld length.

Feature1.The cylinder protect itself, thermal efficiency can up to 95%.2.The whole length of the dryer reduced to 50% approximately than mono-cylinder and reduced land investment to 50% approximately3.Cylinder adopts heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel plate welding with long service life and easy maintenance.4.High thermal efficiency , temperature of outer cylinder is 60or below(temperature of outer mono-cylinder is high to 150°C)5.Low temperature of outlet, long-service of dust removal machine. It also can be directly connected to air box pulse bag filter.6.Final moisture index can be adjusted according to requirements of customers.
