Main performance:
Excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, dyeing, molding and mechanical processing, high mechanical strength, high stiffness, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, simple connection, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent chemical properties and electrical insulation properties. It is heat resistant without deformation and has high impact toughness at low temperature. Or a hard, not easy to scratch, not easy to deform material. Low water absorption; High dimensional stability. Conventional ABS plate is not very white, but the toughness is very good, can be used to cut the plate shears, can also open the die.
Operating temperature: from -50C to +70C.
Among them, transparent ABS board transparency is very good, polishing and polishing effect is excellent, is the first choice to replace PC board material. Compared with acrylic, its toughness is very good, can meet the product meticulous processing. The disadvantage is that transparent ABS is relatively expensive.
