Lifting Electromagnet
Lifting Electromagnet is special electromagnet used for lifting attached materials. The equipment utilizes the electric & magnetic physical quantity to lift magnet- conductive materials, which is indispensable for lifting and
transporting magnet-conductive materials such as steels in metallurgy industry, mine industry, machinery industry, shipbuilding industry and transportation industry, etc.
Main Features
1. Adopt totally sealing structure with good property of moisture-proofing. Non-magnetic fender adopts rolling manganese plate with good property of weldablity, magnetism-isolation, wear-resistant and shockproof.
2. Introduce the technology from abroad through improvement and innovation, as well as optimum design by computer with reasonable structure, light dead-weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption.
3. The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical and mechanical property. Heat-resistant grade of insulating material reaches grade C with a long service life.
4. Rated duty cycle of normal electromagnet is increased from 50% in the past to 60%, which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet.
5. High temperature electromagnet adopts unique method of heat-protection and radius-protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600ºC in the past to 700ºC, which expands application range of the electromagnet.
6. Complete equipment provided with auxiliary units such as Control Cabinet, Cable Reel, etc.
7. Simple and convenient to install, operate and maintain.

2,The specification of material attracted? such as weight,length,width or number.
3,The specification of hoist, such as: tonnage, height and brake type of hook.
4,The application environment, such as temperature of material attached, indoor or outdoor.
5,The cycle duty: when exceed 60%, choose high frequency type.
6, Selection of corollary equipment: cable reel and control cabinet.
