1.The spindle unit system has undergone strict dynamic balance tests, with high precision, good precision retention, small thermal deformation, and good thermal stability, spindle big hole is φ79, max speed can reach 4000rpm and the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing, combined with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure, and the optimal span two-point balanced support design can withstand radial and axial loads, and can also be used for high-speed applications for users. It can also do low-speed heavy cutting, especially suitable for mass production of products with complex shapes, high precision requirements, and high finish.
2.High rigidity integral servo turret. Equipped with a high-precision clutch to ensure positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. It is equipped with a servo motor to drive the cutter head to rotate, to select the tool in two directions or at any distance, use the hydraulic principle to loosen and clamp the clutch, cooperate with the proximity switch to feedback the clutch action signal, and quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
3.The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw can ensure the best precision and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which can minimize thermal displacement and greatly improve machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails can keep the accuracy of the machine unaffected when it is impacted, the displacement is smooth and the noise is low, which can prolong the service life.
4.Standard configuration FANUC system, and the feed drive adopts FANUC servo motor.
5.Perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components, greatly reducing the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable.
6.The high-rigidity structure and an integral hydraulic tailstock, which can eliminate vibration and provide excellent stability. The telescoping of the sleeve is realized by means of a hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient and reliable.
7.Using Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder and automatic chip removal device, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator and realize safe and efficient production. The above functional components can be controlled by programming. At the same time, various special fixtures can be designed and installed according to the special requirements of users.
