1. Feather
1. The screen lifting adopts Japanese Panasonic servo motor, combined with high-performance lead drive screw and precision linear guide rail, and the screen frame lifting adopts screw guidance, which makes the printing more smooth and higher printing accuracy.
2, the printing frame is made of one body pulled aluminum molding, simple structure. The tool holder is guided by cylinder and cross roller guide rail, stable and smooth, high precision. The scraper and ink knife are made of one aluminum drawing, which is simple in structure, convenient in use and stable in performance.
3, mechanical hand material: can be configured mechanical hand material, reduce productivity, improve production efficiency, the machine and the production line docking, direct feeding to the production line, can be customized according to customer requirements.
4, the use of advanced control Mitsubishi PLC control, human-machine interface digital control, can set a variety of functions and operating parameters, conducive to the operation of data and standard installation, humanization.
5, install safety rod, safety light curtain, carefully protect the operator's personal safety.
