2.PUMP
Brand: STAR
We developed special pump for round baler, its good sealing performance and long service life .
We only use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids to keep the perfect performance in challenging environment.
3.Clutchand special double seal bearing
The pick-up AS has a unique design, use special clutch for force feed the material into the chamber to avoid any jam.The main function is to effectively prevent clogging and improve the work efficiency.
Special double seal bearing has perfect sealing performance to protect tine bars normal operation in harsh environment.
4.Welding Roller

Rollers in the current market are made by hot-extubate in low cost, but the defects of this processing method are the large amount of deformation and low precision due to too thinness tube .we adoptto weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.

Exceptionally durable steel rollers are adopted for the compression system,power fluctuation is less than others mini round baler, stable and noiseless operation can be expected.

5.Safety device
The gearbox output is protected by shear bolt. When overload occurs, shear bolt will cut itself and protect the machine from damage.
