Numerical control leveling machine has been widely used in industry, with advanced technology, high leveling accuracy, wide range of technology, high degree of automation, reliable and stable work under high strength, etc. , after a series of alternating bending of metal plates, through motor and PLC control of each leveling drum under precise control of the pressure, the elimination of internal stress, the leveling effect caused by different stress in different parts of the plate is not ideal, thus achieving high precision leveling.
Compared with other levelling methods, the control system of this machine has the functions of storing, calling, editing process and equipment parameters, and has the function of misoperation identification and early warning. When in use, on the operating table, you can set the reduction amount of the inlet and outlet according to the parameters such as plate thickness and plate width or the parameters already in the database, so as to realize the electric adjustment of the working roller, the inlet and outlet clearance, etc. , it can be adjusted and corrected by hand.
This machine adopts Panasonic PLC controller and Delta frequency converter to control the running speed. All actions of the machine are controlled by the operation table. The touch-type man-machine interface display screen makes the operation panel easy to understand, install emergency set switch at four prominent positions at the machine entrance and exit to ensure safe operation! And equipped with digital display displacement, the operation is very simple and rapid. It only takes a few seconds to straighten out high-precision and complicated hardware that usually takes a long time to be hand-leveled.

Detals Operation:
Step 1: Recording the material thickness and plane distortion
Step 2: Turn on the power and input the material thickness
(If the material thickness is 1mm, input 1 in the NC interface to set the left feeding value, right feeding value, left discharging value and right discharging value)
Step 3: Put the material into the leveling machine for leveling(Click Forward start and put the material into the leveling machine for leveling)
Step 4: Check the flatness of materials
(Put the material on the marble platform and measuring material accuracy. If it fails to meet the leveling requirements, according to step 5)
Step 5: Adjust the accuracy again(According to the adjustment of front tightening and rear loosening, adjust the left feed setting
value and right feed setting value downward by 0.5mm, and the left and right discharge do not move)
