Applications and basic information:
1.A CNC four-edge milling machine is mainly used for milling chamfers, straight edges, and U-shaped grooves on steel plates. It can complete the milling work of all four edges, including top and bottom chamfers and fillets, with a single loading operation. The feeding table is equipped with automatic centering, automatic feed, and automatic magnetic adsorption of workpieces, suitable for continuous feeding along the long edge.
2.Milling chamfers simultaneously on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate, while milling chamfers separately in the transverse direction. Multiple sets of tools are used for cutting, with tools featuring automatic parallel displacement and angle adjustment capabilities. This enables processing of I, V, X, and U-shaped chamfers, resulting in smooth, burr-free milling surfaces.
3.The equipment mainly consists of four chamfer milling units, a feeding table, an automatic chip removal and recycling device, an operating console, an electrical control cabinet, and a hydraulic power station.
4.Receiving instructions from MES, it can perform automatic centering, automatic positioning, automatic conveying, and automatic milling.

Equipment process flow:
Loading - Automatic centering - Automatic positioning - Workpiece conveying - Milling the front end groove - Workpiece conveying - Milling two long side grooves - Workpiece conveying - Milling the rear end groove - Discharging.
