Product Description

Dropping header is the most important parts of pastillator equipment. The molten raw materials are transported into dropping header by pump. And then, the materials will be dropped on the cooling belt which is running under the dropping header.
5,000 to 18,000 dropping holes distributed evenly on the surface of dropping header. There are different type of dropping header for different type of raw chemical materials.

NOZZLE TYPE DROPPING HEADER

Nozzle type dropping header is suitable for materials with low viscosity and difficult forming.
It is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel or SUS304 stainless steel. After heat treatment, it is processed by more than 60 processes. It is of simple structure and easy to be clean.
FLAT TYPE DROPPING HEADER
Flat type dropping header is a general-purpose type. It produces uniform, full and beautiful granules without winding and tail. Both high viscosity and low viscosity materials can be used.
The material has the advantages of short travel, fast discharge, large output, granulating rate up to 98% and long service life.

APPLICATION AREA
This equipment is suitable for large amoun of kinds of chemical raw materials. Such as petroleum resin, phenolic resin, rosin resin, polyamide resin, epoxy resin, sulfur, paraffin, special wax, asphalt, stearic acid, fatty acid, chloroacetic acid, antioxidant, hot melt adhesive, maleic anhydride, carved white block, p-nitrochlorobenzene, metaanhydride and aluminum sulfate Calcium chloride, sodium thiocyanate, m-phenylenediamine, catechol, various rubber additives, etc.
