PET recycling machine is manly used to recycling the waste PET bottles,water bottles,cola bottles,PET sheet and pet packing containers. The PET recycle line can easily remove the lables,caps,rings,glue,dirties,and other impurities,finally you will get ideal PET flakes. All your requirements of the PET bottle washing machine will be customized. Our PET washing line is high automatic operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance. With advanced international industry concepts and technologies to meet waste plastic recycling at home or abroad.The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation. The humidity of final output could be within 2%. It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen:500kg/h,1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h, 3000kg/h,5000kg/h.This PET bottle washing machine can be displayed "L" or "u" shape according to clients' workshop.We can also customize the washing line components according to client's material and product requirement.
Our PET plastic recycling plant's overview:
1.PET bottle washing line from Retech machinery is applied in PET waste bottle or sheet recycling field.
2.Through crushing, washing and drying process, the waste bottle or sheet will become to be bottle flakes. The flakes are widely used in plastic industry, like sheet, and profile production.
3.The clean PET flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets,etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.
4. Recycling machine can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products are very clean.
5. Recycling machine output we can supply is from 300kg/h to 6000kg/h.
6.We can also produce the clean PET bottle flakes granulator, to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules).

1. Belt conveyor
Function: Conveying the PET bottle to the next step, such as bale opener, crusher etc.
2. Trommel
Function: Raw waste PET bottle has a lot of sands, small stones, metals, whcih can screen some by this machine, to make better washing effect.
3. Mannual Separating table
Function: Machanical separating labels rate is 95-98%, it is not 100%, so we need people choose out the bottle with label and metal bottle by hands. Which will incrase the finals PET bottle's quality.
4. Crusher
Function: Crushing the PET bottle into small pieces.The screen under crusher could be customized, usully it si 12mm.

5. Floating washer
Function: PET flakes will drop into the cold water to wash fully. The rotor on the floating tank can push the PET flakes moving on to arrived next machine.
6. Hot washer
Funtion: Hot washer has two types heating ways: by electric or steam. You can choose freely. Hot water can remove the oil and stick impuroties from the bottle's surface.
7. Dewatering Machine
Function: Removing the water from the PET bottle flakes to dry the flakes. The final moisture of flakes after Plastic PET bottle washing recycling line is less than 1%.
