■ One pair of quick-release, adjustable and removable shoulder rests
■ New four-position contoured footbar with innovative locking mechanism that provides safety for the user without interrupting flow
■ Sliding crossbars provide numerous positions for spring attachments and slide smoothly without using any lubricants
■ Uqniue spring bar support is rubber dipped and contoured for smooth spring changes and reduced noise
■ Padded headrest provides 3 positions: 2 above carriage and 1 level with carriage
■ Redesigned steel carriage equipped with flip mechanism to allow upgrades to tower or twin mat system
■ The oak is completed for you in a satin finish which is smooth and lustrous, Aluminum parts are anodized for strength and durability. Anodizing helps reduce friction whilst importantly, preventing oxidation and eliminating the typical "black dust" found on non-anodized alternatives
■ Ropes adjustable with snap included
■ Springs: 2 yellow, 2 blue and 2 red
■ Loop/handles: foam handles (1 pair). Double feet and hand loops (1 pair)
