Performance:
This machine is widely used in PET, PVC, transfer paper, film, trademarks, self-adhesive labels and other roll materials. Silk screen printing, can be overprinted multiple times, the prints are full of ink and have clear lines
The machine is used for printing reel material, such as PVC, OPP Dacron, Security mark, adhesive tape, etc. The material towing is controlled by servo motor, the main machine driving part adopts pneumatic device, and the web-guiding is tracked by photocells. The machine has the characteristics of high accurate color register, steady material feeding, automatic counter and compact structure, etc.
1. This machine is designed with a high-quality cylinder (Mitsubishi, Japan), which facilitates the printing operation of loading and wiping the screen.
2. Using double linear guide rails (ABA from South Korea) and rodless cylinders (Yaskawa Servo) as the printing drive, the transmission is smooth and the printing pressure is uniform, ensuring that the printed screen lines are reproduced without distortion.
3. Use Japanese Mitsubishi high-precision servo system and photoelectric alignment detection and control system to ensure the accuracy of secondary overprinting.
4. Using touch screen human-machine interface, the operation is flexible and convenient.
5. Ir hot air drying system uses central heat source and hot air circulation to ensure that the printed matter is heated evenly and does not deform.
6. Use Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and Omron sensing components to ensure high reliability of the control system.

5. Adopting precision liner slide rail and roller ball pylori.
6. Drying by servo motor .
7. Can adjusting the screen size about 10 mm more or less.
