W Stacked Arm Curve Edge Banding Machine:
1.Stacked arm design and rotating structure are more flexible and efficient than table top curve banding, especially when banding large curved edges, its advantages are better reflected.
2.Glue application: Grid-shaped glue application roller, even glue application, firm adhesion, large-capacity glue pot.
3.Fitting wheel: Add 0.5mm according to the width of the edge banding strip, and adjust left and right to prevent the edge banding strip from deflecting up and down.
4.Positioning of the small white shaft: Keep the suction cup parallel to the small white shaft. Remove the small white shaft and the suction cup can be directly fixed, making it easy to band the small plates.
5.Stepless speed adjustment: Used to adjust the button to set it arbitrarily within the maximum value, accurate and shockproof, protect the power supply, and prevent misoperation.
6.Control panel: using Delixi electrical components, digital display temperature controller, timer belt break, electronic speed regulator.
7.Dual cylinder control: control knife and tape feeding, high-quality knife, fast cutting without burrs.
8.Double pedals: The left pedal controls the suction force of the suction cup, and the right pedal controls the edge banding, tape feeding and breaking.
9.Height-limiting column: The height is adjustable to prevent the edge banding strip from moving up and down.
