AT430E Melt Flow Index Tester is used to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) of engineering plastics including polyethylene (PE),
polyarylsulfone, fluro-plastic, nylon, polystyrene, polypropylene ABS resins, and POM resins. It can also measure the melt volume
rate (MVR) of various high polymers whose melt volume rate is between 500cm3/10min~1000cm3/10min in the melt flow state, such as melt bow materials of polypropylene or other nanofiber materials. It is widely used industries of plastic production, plastic
products, and petroleum chemical engineering and other relative academies, scientific research institutes and quality control
departments.

★ Controlling software can carry out the setting of test parameters, the controlling of temperature, calibration, timing, the
measurement of MVR in a specific time and automatic calculation of MFR after inputting the density;
★ Storage capacity to save test data can store up to eight groups of test parameters and save test data in the portable storage
device;
★ Optional PC software to process data and create test report;
★ Stopper for the die adopts lever-linking type drive mechanism, precise positioning, reliable sealing and easy operation.
