1.Product Introduction：
Dry Block Calibrator is also called dry hole furnace/dry-type metering furnace/temperature measurement furnace/temperature normalizing device and dry-type verirication furnace. With quick heating and cooling rate,It is easy to carry and is the most traditional heat source (temperature field) .It uses high stable temperature controller , All use the alloy materials which has good heat conduction.Our technology can keep pace with the domestic and overseas advanced technology .we are at the leading level in terms of depth of penetration,horizontal thermal field and the vertical thermal field.Within the temperature range that is needed,It is extensively used in this industry that needs field calibration such as pharmacy（GMPmoist heat sterilization、hot air sterilization）、machinery、shipping、chemical engineering、、biological product、 transformer substation of power plant、iron and steel plant、measurement and testing、scientific research。
2. Main Function
Like constant temperature oven, Dry Block Calibrator offers a stable, well-proportioned and accurate temperature environment.But what is different is that it does not need to place the liquid and is very easy to carry.When Dry Block Calibrator reaches the target temperature ,the time of keeping the temperature stable is 5 to 10 times quicker than constant temperature oven,which largely save the calibration personnel’s time and speed up temperature checking. The portability of Dry Block Calibrator allows the calibration personnel to arrive at the scene to carry their work, in a way coping with the difficulty of transporting constant temperature oven.By means of Dry Block Calibrator,we can conveniently calibrate temperature sensor ,like temperature transmitter、mercurial thermometer、thermocouple and thermal resistance
