1.GS360A straight - gear formed gear grinding machine is a precision CNC machine tool which is applicable to batch grinding and machining of high precision cycloidal gear and straight gear . The machine tool can also grind equal plate in various sections , plug gauge , rolling wheel , spline shaft and broach . The machine tool is widely used in gear profile grinding in industry of RV reducer and straight gear machining .
2.Normal dressing method with follow - up three axes association is adopted for grinding wheel dressing , which shortens non - cutting time of grinding wheel dressing , improves work efficiency , dresses random gear profiles and lengthens service life of diamond dressing wheel sharply .
3.The machine tool is equipped with five AC servo axles as well as AC variable frequency speed regulation motorized spindle . The machine tool enjoys high rigidity body design and high - power grinding wheel motorized spindle . Water - soluble cutting liquid can be used to realize cooling , which improves security of usage of machine tool and saves usage cost .
