Rough machining by large horizontal lathe, with the allowance of 3-5mm.
4 HEAT TREATMENT
Strengthen the hardness and wear resistance.
5 SECOND FLAW DETECTION
Detect the internal cracks by using UT device.
6 FINISH TURNING
Finish turning by large horizontal latheWith the allowance of 0.5-1 mm
7 BRINDING
Grinding by 4m cylindrical grinder to meet the tolerance size as per drawings
8 INSPECTION
Self inspection in each process , inspect thedimension and quality according torequirements in final inspection
