Product Description

1.This machine mainly grinds various long knives, such as veneer peeling machine knives, Granulator knife, paper cutters, shearing blades, slicing knives, etc.
2. Max Working length is 1500-7000mm.3. The body is designed as a gantry body, with high-quality steel welds, stress relief to eliminate internal stress. The machine body has high strength and good rigidity. There is no contraction in the center of the main body. The steel thickness is 10 or 12 mm.
4. The grinding head adopts a special motor. The axial clearance can be adjusted, the transmission is stable, the life is long, and the precision is high. The vertical movement of the grinding head adopts a ball screw to ensure accuracy.
5. The worktable adopts electromagnetic chuck. And it is very convenient to clamp the knife. It is easy to adjust the angle of the worktable through the worm gear.
6. The guide rail adopts a linear guide rail to ensure the smooth horizontal movement of the grinding head. The linear guide uses TAIWAN HIWIN
7. This machine uses an inverter. The horizontal and vertical speed of the grinding head can be easily adjusted.
8. The working accuracy of the machine is 0.01mm
