The unit is equipped with a manipulator to grab the workpiece and completes automatic cycle of feeding,quenching and discharging. The unit has the following system composition: the High-speed railway bearing outer ring quenching press,the inner ring hardening device, the transfer device of The hardened workpiece and the mold, the transmission device of workpiece (Including feed and discharge), the CNC Devices and Systems of the manipulator and pull rod, the system of intelligent adjustment and temperature control for Cooling oil ,the intelligent control system based on PLC plus extension and the Touch-screen human-computer interaction system, etc.
