1.Machine Features The machine adopts gantry layout,consisting of double columns,beams and bed body;
The beam adopts the structure of ladder beam,the steel guideway is inlaid and pasted locally.the whole rigidity is strong and the mechanical property is good with use of roller block.
The spindle of grinding head adopts static and dynamic pressing tile structure,which has the advantanges of long life,high movement precision and good anti-vibration performance.the worktable is driven by oil cylinder,stepless speed regulation,stable movement and low noise.
the main motor of hydraulic station adopts servo motor ,and the flow varies with the speed of motor,saving energy and high efficiency.
