Pile Hammer Operation Guide
The vibrating pile hammer employs high-frequency vibrations to induce pile body vibration with high acceleration. This transmits vertical mechanical vibrations to the pile, altering the soil structure around it and reducing strength. The soil around the piles starts to liquefy, decreasing frictional resistance between the pile sides and the soil. Utilizing the excavator's downforce, along with the vibrating pile hammer and pile body weight, the pile is driven into the soil. For pile extraction, the excavator's lift force is used under vibration conditions to pull out the pile.
