Product Introduction
Based on the actual production needs of users and the technical requirements of the equipment, we provide users with a CNC ultra-high pressure water cutting machine model TY-3020 five axis AC. The equipment mainly consists of an ultra-high pressure booster, a cutting platform, a CNC operation cabinet, an automatic sand supply bucket, etc.
1. AC axis design, achieving CNC five axis (X, Y, Z, A, C) linkage.
2. The structure is simple and practical, with tighter waterproofing and sand prevention, and more ingenious electrical wiring.
3. All parts are processed using high-precision machining centers imported from Japan to ensure machining accuracy.
4. Adopting high-end imported brand servo motors and servo drives for higher control accuracy.
5. Reasonable design, uniform force distribution, effectively improving the operating life and reliability of the five axis water jet
Adopting a gantry dual drive structure, ensuring ultra-high cutting accuracy for the long stroke X-axis The stainless steel hood is equipped with high-quality dustproof folding cloth for double sealing, further preventing the erosion of sand and water on the guide screw, which is currently the most advanced sealing method.
