FAQ Q1. Where is your factory? And when did you start your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China(mainland),around 2 hours by high speed train from Shanghai as well as by car. We started it from Year 2005 as a trading company. For all clients, from homeland or abroad, we welcome your visit warmly.

Q2. What is the MOQ?
A: Generally it's 50 pieces. But it changes among different products.If you need more details, please contact us.

Q3. What is the lead time?
A: For the first order, especially those with customized designs, it would take
35-45 days to complete the goods.

For reorders, it usually takes 20-35 days. Please keep it in mind the
lead time is always flexible. Please feel free to drop a message. We will do our best to
meet your needs.

Q4. How can i have my own Logo/design pic on the paddle ?
A: Usually customers do the design on their own. Though we accept simple paddle designs.
The logo can be put both on the kayak . Please kindly offer us the pic/logo in AI format or in high definition. and we welcome OEM with your own logo.

Q5: How do the products packed?
We usually pack the kayaks by Bubble Bag+Plastic Bag, or carton securely enough, also we can pack it by clients requirement.

Q6. What is the payment terms?
Usually it's 30% as deposit before mass production, and 70% balance before shipment.
We accept payment with T/T and credit card, Paypal, and L/C.

Q7. Where is your main market?
Since we are mostly doing paddle sports products. North America ranks as our top market.
And also, we have many customers from Euoope and Australia.

Q8. How can i get my samples?
Yes, we will be glad to make sample for you. Just feel free to send us your design.
