Most of the knife jars in hebeiju, Zhenshang, Shangpin and other markets are perfectly replaced.Installation steps:Turn off the power supply of the machine (panel and electric cabinet) and turn off the air supply.Remove the headstock cover, pull out the air pipe on the solenoid valve of the old cutter cylinder, screw down a plastic nut of the locking coil of the solenoid valve (do not remove the wire, if the mark is made, you can also remove the wire), and remove the wires of the upper and lower travel switches (make a mark); at this time, the old cutter cylinder can be taken down.Install the new screwdriver cylinder and fix it with screws. Just install the removed wire, solenoid valve coil and air pipe. Note: the upper travel switch must be pressed; the position of the lower travel switch must be adjusted (press the tool release button and the cylinder will release the tool. At this time, the lower travel switch will be pressed by the stop in the middle of the cylinder. The position of the travel switch under the machine with tool magazine must be adjusted properly, otherwise it will be very dangerous.) after installation, take a knife and try it first. The elastic and tight knives are normal, and then process.
