Scope of Application

It is suitable for processing small deep holes with a diameter of 0.15mm-3mm on various conductive materials such as stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, aluminum, and hard alloy. It can directly penetrate and process from irregular shaped surfaces such as inclined surfaces and curved surfaces.
Mainly used for the processing of small and micro holes on the mold and the threading hole, the spinneret hole of the chemical fiber spinneret and the spinneret plate, the group holes of the filter plate and the sieve plate, the cooling hole of the blade of the discharge machine and the cylinder body, hydraulic and pneumatic The oil and air passage holes of the valve body, etc.; it can also be used to etch away the drill bits and taps that are broken in the workpiece without damaging the original holes or threads.

Features and functions
1.Bed structure: box-shaped design and careful rib support. The carriage and column are made of HT200 castings. The bed is thick, rigid, and unchanged.
2.Linear guide rail: Taiwan linear guide rail, full-stroke support design, precision maintenance is more durable.
3.Precision ball screw: X/Y/Z three-axis is equipped with Taiwan Dinghan precision ball screw.
4.X, Y motors: driven by subdivided hybrid servo motors, further improving the machining accuracy of the machine tool, advanced non-damping protection, no need for backlash compensation; preventing the machine tool from crawling.

20.For the processing of multiple holes, the CNC system can add hole information in two ways: (1). Add hole information one by one, which is suitable for adding scattered and irregularly distributed holes. (2). The formula adds hole information, which is suitable for hole information with certain distribution rules. Hole information can be changed, added, deleted at any time according to processing needs, and the processing sequence of holes can be adjusted.
