A. Company Introduction
Handan Baote Foundry Co., Ltd is a specialized producer and exporter of high quality casting products. It lies in the industry cluster of Handan City and covers an area of 60,000 m2. Bordering Handan Airport and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the it enjoys a convenient transportation . Its exports can be handled either through the nearest Tianjin Port, or via China-Europe freight trains.It has more than 300 employees, 17 of which are engineers ( including 5 seniors) and 20 university graduates, boasting a strong capability of technical development and awareness of quality control.It has two sub-foundries. One features two Disa molding lines, producing small-sized castings of gray or ductile iron, with the dimension precision of CT 7-8 and the surface finish Ra 12.5. The combined annual production capacity exceeds 20,000 tons. The other adopts the processes of Shell Molding, Molding Machine, Lost Foam as well as manual Green Sand, making medium- or large-sized castings of ductile iron and gray iron. The annual output is over 5000 tons.
