Recycling Process
Product Description
Belt conveyor Used to convey film waste materials to the crusher in the back-end equipment
Plastic crusher Used for crushing film or woven bag strapping into 80mm-120mm pieces
Screw feeder This equipment is used to transport the rinsed material to the rear equipment
Floating tank It is used to rinse the material for the first time to separate the sediment impurities in the material
Friction washer Used to rinse the rinsed material with high pressure water, high speed scrubbing and conveying to the rear equipment
Moisture removal/drying systems Materials dewatered via squeeze dryers or dewatering machines. We'll assess your needs and guide in selecting the suitable method.
Silo For storage of clean and dry plastic film flaks
Control cabinet For controlling the washing line and observing the operation of each piece of machine
