Product Description

This machine is mainly used for grinding the outer cylindrical and conical surfaces of small shafts, round sleeves, needle valves, plungers, etc.
The tooling method can be realized by the top,the three-jaw chuck,the spring chuck and the special fixture.
It is suitable for processing small partsin instrument,automobile,electro mechanical,bearing,textile,ship,sewing machine,machinery and other industries. The longitudinal movement of the worktable of this machine tool is hydraulic and mariual. Both the grinding wheel frame and the head frame can be rotated, and the hydraulic system adopts gears with good performance. The machine tool is divided into 300mmaccording to the center distance,the through hole of the head frame can be modified 40mm,and the GD-3080A can be equipped with a four-jaw one-way chuck.
