Product Description
The door skin laminating hot press is a specialized equipment used to adhere decorative materials
(such as wood veneer, PVC film, and melamine paper) to the surface of door panels.
It applies heat and pressure to securely bond the decorative material to the substrate
(such as MDF, plywood, or solid wood) of the door panel,
giving the surface of the door panel a beautiful decorative effect and higher durability.

Working Principle
The heating system of the hot press is activated to provide even high temperature, ensuring that the heating plate reaches the pre-set temperature. The temperature setting is adjusted according to the characteristics of the veneer material to ensure a good bonding effect.
The hydraulic system is activated to place the door panel and decorative materials between the heated pressing plate, applying a strong pressure to make the decorative material firmly adhere to the substrate. The size and duration of the pressure are set according to the material andprocess requirements to ensure a firm bond without air bubbles or wrinkles.
Under the combined action of high temperature and high pressure, the adhesive or the backing adhesive of the decorative material is activated to produce a strong bonding force, making the decorative material firmly bonded to the panel.
After the heating and pressing are completed, the equipment will undergo a cooling process to gradually cool and stabilize the bonding area, ensuring that the decorative material is firmly attached to the substrate and is not easy to fall off or deform.
