ApplicationThe pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of non-crystalline, non-solidified explosive mixtures or various non-explosive media in places with explosion danger. It is used in conjunction with electrical devices with explosion-proof performance or safety measures (such as relay, contactor, etc.) to achieve automatic control and signal (alarm) purposes for the controlled system. It has measurement and control functions, and the upper and lower limits of the controlled pressure can be set according to needs. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power station, metallurgy, water supply and other industries, as well as electromechanical equipment. TheoryAn explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is composed of an explosion-proof case, a measuring system, an electric contact assembly an adjusting device and a junction box. The case has good explosion-proof performance and can prevent the influence caused by sparks or arcs generated during normal operation.
It can not only withstand the pressure generated by the explosion of the explosive gas mixture inside the case, but also effectively prevent the heat energy generated from being conducted outwards. The heat energy can only diffuse out slowly from inside along the tiny gaps of the explosion- proof joint surface. When the heat energy is transferred to the outside of the watch case, the temperature has dropped below the ignition temperature of the explosive gas mixture, so it will not cause explosion.
When the elastic element (the Bourdon tube in the measuring system) is elastically deformed, the mechanical transmission drives the contacts in the electrical contact assembly to close or open, so that the circuit in the voltage control system is connected or disconnected, so as to realize automatic control, alarm and on-site instructions. When installing or disassembling, don't pull the case of the gauge by hand, use a special wrench to install or disassemble. To measure oxygen, acetylene or other flammable gases, pressure gauges with oil prohibition signs should be used. The pressure gauge should be installed horizontally or vertically. Please use special medium pressure gauge when measuring the medium that is explosive or corrosive, easy to crystallize or solidify. The normal working environment temperature of the pressure gauge is -40°C~+70°C,and the relative humidity is not more than 85%.
