| 1 | Components: rack, fixed blade holder, moving blade holder, shear blade, front and back billet presser, sizing unit, billet pushing unit, entering rack and oil & pneumatic cylinder;

| 2 | Shearing unit: made with 45# steel plate, all plates are machined (boring, milling, gouging, wire cutting);

| 3 | Shear blade: material is heat resistant mold steel, heat treated so it has long life span | |
| 4 | Sizing unit: composed of connecting rod and pneumatic cylinder, the shearing length can be adjusted;

| 5 | Sliding lubrication: the moving blade holder and the front billet presser is inlaid with wear resistant copper strip as sliding pair; manual lubricating oil pump is equipped for lubricating the sliding pair, reducing the shearing resistance and increasing its life span; | |
