The Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine overcomes the phenomenon of rough edges and crimping caused by the traditional thick Angle knife cutting cardboard, makes the edge of the cardboard cut out more flat, improves the overall appearance and quality of the cardboard, especially brings fundamental improvement to the quality of the post printing.

Function and Features
1. Using pre-pressure feed paper, feed paper smoothly.
2. Cut with a thin knife (thickness of only 1 mm).
3. It is equipped with automatic and manual grinding wheel to keep the blade sharp and make the cutting board smooth and neat. 4. The cardboard is pre-pressed, sliced and then pressed to complete the product requirements and ensure that the indentation does not crack.
5. Automatic feed system and electric adjustable tool holder are optional. FAQ 1.Q: What is your machine warranty period?
A: We insist only produce high quality machine with best price. We never produce low quality machine with lowest price. So we trust our machine quality well, we promised all of the machines we produce the warranty period is 12 months. Because we believe our machine quality, so we dare to Extended warranties!
2. Q: We do not know how to operate machine, how to deal?
A. We can send our engineer to your site and do the training for your men. You just only bear the cost for our engineer's air ticket, accommodation, food and transposition in your country.
B. You can send your men to our factory. We will teach them how to operate the machine without training charges.
C. Actually there are another cheap and easy way to choose. Every machine leave our factory with one book of operation manual. You can read through the manual first ,and get familiar with the machine. Then we can get a video call, and teach you on-line how to operate the machine.
3. Q: If the machine has some problems, during we using, how to deal?
A: 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free.Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price. You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
4.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
