Type PCS-3 Rapid-setting Accelerator is a kind of special admixtures for causing grey portland cement or concrete products fast hardening and improving the efficiency of mould.

Type PCS-3 Rapid-setting Accelerator for grey Portland Cement is mainly used in making Portland cement products for example GRC cement brick, cement board, cement tube, craftworks, europe style decorative products, concrete pallet and brick, light cement wall boards, etc. It can cause the Portland cement/concrete products and light cement boards, foaming concrete products rapid-setting, fast-hardening, earlier de-mould. It is also used in other ordinary concrete construction. It can be suitable for Portland Cement series.
When getting suitable ratio of several materials, the demoulding time for cement and concrete products can be 30 to 60 minutes, or more short time, for foaming cement and foaming concrete products by the physical foam procession the demoulding time is within about 2 to 3 hours.
Recommended Mixed Quantity: 5.0 to 10.0% of cement weight.
