Advantages V-type mixer has the advantages of good mixing effect, high efficiency, low power consumption, simple operation, etc. Widely used in dry powder granular mixing .

1. V-type mixer is simple to operate and the mixing effect is uniform, feeding can be manual or equipped with vacuum suction device, discharge using butterfly valve device, using asymmetrical cylinder body, cylinder body are made of SUS304 material, smooth inside, easy to clean.
2. V-type mixer column frame is made of steel structure, worm gear reducer and gear rotation deceleration are made of carbon structure, to meet the design requirements of the machine operation.
The distribution box is equipped with timing device, which can be opened regularly according to the requirements of materials.
3. V-type mixer is composed of two asymmetrical cylinders, the material can do vertical and horizontal flow, mixing uniformity reaches more than 99%. Beautiful appearance, uniform mixing, widely used.
