heating, bottom knurling, cup discharging. The machine, researched and developed by our company, is improved in stability after comprehensive technical improvements.
Product Description ZB-D12S paper cup machine is improved based on the normal chain driving type. This machine runs a whole procedure
of paper-feeding,cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, and bottom punching, heating, rolling, rimming, rounding and tripping.
It is idea equipment forproducing drinking cups, market cups, coffee cups, advertising cups, etc. It is widely used
for hot drink and beverage.If you need double PE coated paper cups or paper gram higher 250g/m2, we
recommend you to use Ultrasonic paper cup machine. It canproduce single PE coated paper cups and double
PE coated paper cups.

1.Q:Where is your factory? How can I get there?
A: We are located in Ruian City Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.
To Wenzhou Longwan airport by Air, from Shanghai is about 45mins, from Guangzhou is about 1hr 50mins and from Hongkong is about
2hrs. We will pick up you in the airport.
2.Q:Can your machine be customized?
A: Your better improvement suggestions are highly appreciated. Almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes,
color, logo, package and so on. 3.Q :What's the OLD(order lead time)?
A: For our standard model machines is about 30days after receiving your deposit. 4. Q: How about your package?
A: Our machines are well wrapped by plastic film to be water proof first, then loading and fixing in a plywood case. If by
FCL(full container loading) we might use the wooden pallet with plastic film wrapping, without plywood case.

A= bottom diameter(outside), B=top diameter (outside), C=height,
The above three sizes are demanded .
The other sizes, E=side sealing width, F=bottom knurling height, G=top curling diameter, The more details providing is appreciated.
If you don't offer the sizes E,F,G . We will choose the General Size for you.

The whole steps are :
1 . Buy the cutted bottom-using rolling paper and cup-side-using sheet paper from PE coated paper suppliers ; In this step, the suppliers will cut the paper sizes according to your requirement.
2 . Pre printing and pre cutting, you can let them done out-serve or buy machines to finish them ;
3 . Forming Cups in paper cup machines ; The same for paper bowl/bucket.
4 . Packing the finished cups in plastic bags and then to cardboard box.
