2. Cleaner environment - Fill and discharge spouts control dust during filling and emptying which avoids the risk of fire and then a cleaner and healthier work place is available.
3. Less risk of damage - An inserted polyethylene liner or lamination makes the Big Bag moisture resistant as well as stronger than other flexible containers.
4. Lower costs – Rapid filling and less shipping damage reduce operating costs, and a collapsed bag stores in only 5% of its filled volume.

7.Quality control of 1 ton 1.5ton jumbo big bag for sugar packing:
In order to produce the high quality FIBC sack/big sack/bulk bag, the following is our effort to control quality:
1. From material: using 100% original high strength pp material. not recycled or wasted pp material.
2. For fabric: control the strength tensile and density of pp tapes to satisfy the loading capacity.
3. For loops: using high quality material to fulfill the strength of loading goods.
4. Inspection: using the machines to test the strength tensile and tearing function after finish the goods.
5.Drop test: for safe factor, for each batch of products, will test the SWL to avoid any mistake.
8.Package and loading of 1 ton 1.5ton jumbo big bag for sugar packing:
using the automatic packing machine to pack the pp big bag. about:100kg/bale.
According to the FIBC bag with PE liner or not and complicated parts.
1. For 20ft container, will load about:8.5-10 tons. about 1000 pcs to 2000pcs.
2. For 40HQ container, will load about 18-22tons. about 9000 pcs to 12000pcs.
