Technical requirement

1.The main machine adopts Taiwan gear divider technology to achieve zero error in equipment operation accuracy.
2.The main machine frame is made of thick 14# channel steel, and the drive shaft is precision processed with 75# round steel.
3.The main transmission bearings all use genuine Ha, Wa and Luo bearings.
4.The main machine positioning slide adopt 45# steel plate welded after heat treatment
5. Pulp pumps, water pumps, vacuum pumps, air compressors, etc. are all selected domestic well-known brands.

The raw materials are mainly from various pulp boards such as reed pulp, straw pulp, slurry, bamboo pulp and wood pulp, and waste paperboard, waste paper box paper, waste white paper, paper mill tail pulp waste, etc. Waste paper, widely sourced and easy to collect. The required operator is 5 people/class: 1 person in the pulping area, 1 person in the molding area, 2 people in the cart, and 1 person in the package.
