2. Special Freight Considerations: Some freight forwarders might not handle specific materials like ink. In such cases, alternative freight forwarders must be used, which could result in delays. The additional costs incurred would be the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Print Heads Transportation: For air shipments, print heads are shipped with the machine, whereas for sea shipments, the method is determined by the customer. Due to the risk of damage or loss during sea transit, it's advised to send them separately via express courier (like DHL).
4. Custom Clearance: Customers in certain regions or countries might need special customs clearance documents. Advance coordination with the sales agent is necessary to avoid delays.
5. Port Release: Any request for releasing the machine at the port should be made in a timely manner and can only be processed on working days.
After-Sales Services:
1. Insurance Claims: Should the machine arrive damaged, the company assists with insurance claims to help recover financial losses.
2. Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by improper operation by the customer is not covered under warranty. The warranty does not cover consumables such as the ink system and print heads.
3. Warranty Period: A full-year warranty is offered, excluding consumables. For issues arising from buyer error, the shipping costs for repairs are borne by the buyer.
4. Exchange Policy: Within 5 days of payment, customers can exchange their machine for another of equal value or pay the difference for a more expensive model.
